You can return your items purchased online within 30 days of receipt and we will refund you or replace the item.
In the event of a return after more than 14 days as part of the right of return, the item must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging and order data (order number, customer) are required; before that you can also make use of a right of withdrawal, if this exists.
Articles for which there is no right of withdrawal, in particular articles tailored to your personal needs, are excluded from the possibility of returning defect-free goods. Further details can be found in the General Terms and Conditions under Right of Return and Right of Withdrawal.
Other rights, such as defect rights, remain unaffected.
